1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to France, and the United States. Shipping is always free.

2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are as follows:
France: 3–5 business days
United States: 8–10 business days

3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance.

5. Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Returns are free for all supported countries.

6. How do I start a return?
Contact our support team at Support@tarennhar.com to initiate a return. We’ll provide a prepaid return label if your item is eligible.

7. Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?
Yes, exchanges are available. Just let us know your preference when contacting us about the return.

8. Are all your items brand new?
Absolutely. All products sold on tarennhar are brand new, never used, and thoroughly inspected before shipping.

9. I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
